Going to Urgent Care, obviously you’re not feeling well. With that being said, My experience was very good. Everyone was very nice & friendly. That includes the young lady at the front desk, who also brought me to the exam room, the PA who saw me & treated me & the X-Ray Technician who did the chest X-Ray. They were all very professional & did a wonderful job. They also sent my prescription orders to my pharmacy right away. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

I came to this urgent care because I’ve had nothing but horrifying experiences at others. The nurses here were so kind, very efficient, so smart, and didn’t hesitate to get the job done. We were in and out in less than an hour! The ladies at the front desk were so sweet, checkin/checkout was a very smooth process. This is such a great place to receive any urgent care. I highly recommend. 11/10 🙂

We scheduled our appointment. They quickly brought us into our room. They were friendly and great with the kids. They took their time helping the kids feel comfortable and explaining things along the way to all of us.

I feel that you guys are no longer an urgent care, more like a primary provider for some people. It's supposed to be a walking clinic yet. I sat there for 2 hours waiting because other people made appointments. On a monday. I should have been let learn what the wait time. Was gonna be and I gotta go on somewhere else. I was freezing for 2 hours in that place.
The worst part is. I was in there on Wednesday 5 days ago and told I didn't have the flow today. I'm told I have the flow after suffering all weekend.

Priority Urgent Care has been our preferred medical provider when we are sick for the last 4 years. We are always able to book an appointment same day most times within an hour. The wait times are reasonable and we are usually out the door within 30-45 minutes with a prescription/ diagnosis. The staff is always friendly and the providers always listen to your concerns.

Such a good experience here! Needed a last minute appointment and every where else I called was fully booked. Was helped as soon as I arrived, everyone was super nice and helpful. I only had to wait a couple minutes before I was called in. I was in and out in 40 minutes max! I will definitely come back here if I ever need urgent care again.

I chose Priority Urgent Care because of their proximity to my home and their ready access to radiology services. After a nasty fall clearing snow in my driveway, I was experiencing severe pain in my shoulder, arm and ribs. The examining nurse was thorough and sensitive to the pain I was having. I was provided a disc of the radiographs to convey to an orthopedic service for follow up treatment. All the members of the staff were kind, competent and congenial. All in all, a great crew.
