Priority One is great. My business partner made the mistake of contacting another company to take a look at our rental homes AC unit. That company didn't seem to really want to get into the attic and failed to find the issue and recommended a fully new AC unit for over $10K. So I contacted Priority One and they went out took the time to find the issue and found a leak which was repaired at a reasonable fair price. I highly recommend that you contact Eve and set up an appointment with Steve.

We called another company and they could not come out for three days. Steve came out the same day. He was very nice and was on time. He found the problem with our air conditioner. Actually, he found a few problems. We discussed the need to take care of each problem. Steve gave us our options and said it was up to us. There was absolutely no pressure. He was very reasonable. We are very happy. He was a real pleasure to work with. We will definitely call Steve when needed again.
Update, had a different issue with the air conditioner the same night. Steve came back in the morning, found the issue and fixed it right away!! Thanks again, Steve!! You'll be on my speed dial from now on!!!

Three rings on the phone and I was talking to an experience HVA Tech. He understood the problem, identified someone to arrive within a hour and the gentlemen whom arrived listened to my explanation of the symptoms and after testing the system was able to identify the problem within 5 min. Had the part replace within 30 min and the Air was cooling the house within an hour. Steve was a great person and was kind to answer all my off the wall questions. Thanks for your efficiency and kindness.
