Every item that I have ever ordered from PreppedCT is fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I love that you can customize for “extra protein” “GF” and “DF”. I treat myself to a few meals a week to know that I have something satisfying and healthy for a no prep lunch! The Cinnabon Rice pudding makes an excellent breakfast and my favorite meals so far have been an Eggplant Parmesan and Chicken Cordon Bleu! The main dish usually has a tasty side as well!
