Before arriving here I looked at the reviews and saw most of them were negative, but gave this place a chance thinking I was going to be in and out. Well I checked in at 12:00 p.m. and checked out at 7:00 p.m. although it only took about 5 minutes to get me loaded I had about 10 trucks ahead of me when I first got there. Make sure you bring lunch because you might be there for a while. This will probably be the first and last time I come here. Although your experience may differ.

Absolutely the worst. Has no respect for drivers time, and will tell they don't care. It doesn't matter what time of day you arrive, 2 - 6 hours wait to load. Guys walk off and leave 1 guy to load and stop loading to give paperwork. Problem is these companies need to pay them by how many trucks and how much wait time to load and unload

11/7/23 I arrived at 1245pm. I read the signs and went to where they want drivers to check in. I stood there for 20 minutes before a guy came into the office. He gave me paperwork and told me to go check in with the guys at door 9.
I went down to door 9 and inside is another little office. I stood here for 40 minutes before being helped.
I was told to just follow the line of trucks until my turn and back in door 10.
I finally got loaded and had to go back to where I started to get my paperwork. Only waited 10 minutes this time. Luckily I have a conestoga so it saved me time of tarping.
I finally was leaving at 515pm.
So all in all 5.5 hours here.
Other drivers that I talked to all said that they plan on at least 3 hours here.
I read all the reviews. The company replies with, " we are trying to improve".
I am only writing this review to warn other drivers before coming here.

Guy that gives u the authorization to get unloaded is a very miserable person. They watched me pull in on the wrong side of the building since they have built a new driveway for receiving. GPS takes u to the wrong side by the way. When I made it to the correct side they told me I was too late. I tried to plead with him to unload the one coil that I had but he wouldn’t even listen. But while he was telling me I was too late they were unloading a guy that got there three minutes before I did. Guess I was the wrong complexion. Because the one they were unloading was the same as him and the crane operator. They all laughed as I walked away.

Arrived at 1430, didn't make to the loading/ unloading door until 1852, still waiting to get loaded. It is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of others time and energy to operate in this manner. As a driver we must put ourselves in a position to get adequate rest. The place doesn't allow for that. 4-7 hrs of waiting or getting loaded kills our clock. Management and ownership should consider recalculation of this operation. Update: They finished loaded my trlr 2100, pathetic

They take a very long time to load, at the shipping office I checked for a very long time and at the same time talked about what type of vape he had with another employee while everyone was waiting in line. They work very slowly, after loading you have to wait for paperwork for half an hour or longer. the worst facility in the country
