Experience was unpleasant, staff was insensitive, rushed, and ill-manored. One of my family members has a hearing disability, and staff used insensitive hand gestures and showed frustration when we were checking out with them. Also, staff just stopped acknowledging him throughout the checkout process altogether.

Best store central whidbey. Many organics, lots of seafood. 3/4 expensive for feeding kids. But 20 miles closer than big foods.

Some stuff is greatly overpriced but it’s a cute store and the staff are friendly. The baggers need more training though as he literally loaded up a single paper bag with the meat at the bottom then cans and other items thrown in to where it was close to 20lbs smashing anything in the bag. I compared buying certain items online vs here and I left with a small basket since most of the items are cheaper to have delivered to my home ($6+ for 3oz black pepper?! Not even organic) the variety is pretty good for how small it is though but they definitely don’t have a large chicken section mostly red meat and they don’t have anything but frozen fish which is odd for it being on an island surrounded by water. A few tweaks would make this such a great place to shop.
