I recently had service by Power Pros and couldn't be happier. I needed an outlet repaired, a new panel, and a service line replacement. Owner Pete explained the process, reassured me, and gave me a clear invoice and a fair price. Some of the work I needed ran over the allotted time because of poor previous repairs but I wasn't nickle and dimed for the extra time. The serious work was scheduled and completely very quickly. Electricians Vinny, Josh, and the rest of the team did amazing work and cleaned up after themselves very well.

I am so happy to support a local business run by someone with integrity who cares about his customers. I even asked for a referral to a plumber because I trust Pete's honest opinion. This has been the single best experience I've ever had dealing with an electrician. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Pete!

Power Pros is phenomenal. Vincent and Josh went above and beyond, and the owner, Peter, followed up to make sure we were happy with the work. Power Pros came through for me today! Pete and his technician, Tammi, really did an amazing job at figuring out some tangled up electrical at my 100 year old house. Highly recommend! I had Power Pros come out and do a service upgrade on my duplex and I couldn’t have been happier! Highly recommend! I called Pete at Power Pros and he was able to send over one of his guys very quickly that same morning. His technician, Joshua, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It was quick to get the quote for the work, the invoice was clear as to what work is to be done, and the work was done quickly!

The crews for Power Pros electric are amazing.

They are very kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. The crew clearly communicated what they were working on (as I’m curious and want to see how the work is done and understand the concepts) and answered any and all questions I had. Any time an issue or decision that I had to make came up they clearly explained the situation and laid out the options to continue, and if I was still confused they were able to “dumb it down” for me.
Their communication skills are top notch. If you want to learn about the stuff they’re working on these guys don’t hesitate to explain!

Lastly, my dog loved them. She usually gets antsy and barks around new people and she instantly fell in love from first pet. She might as well have been a crew member with how much time she spent around them while they worked.

Like I said above: 10/10 - Power Pros Electric are the guys you want doing the job.
