We chose POSNerds in 2021 as our vendor for point of sale processing based on price and presentation. The hardware and software were the top of the line and the POS folks were knowledgeable and helpful in showing us how we could become more efficient in handling all types of transactions involving cash, checks, debit and credit cards. Meanwhile, they patiently answered our questions, helped us set up our database, and trained our staff. Their customer service did not end with the installation, but has continued with communication for upgrades and immediate help during power failures and internet outages. POS folks answer telephone calls immediately. Most questions can be handled by phone, but if a site visit is required, they respond.

Prior to our decision to go with POSNerds, we were using a paper system in the Pro Shop with a primitive credit card processor that had been in place for many years. The new credit card processing hardware and software are more cost effective than the old one. With the help of POSNerds, we are able to standardize procedures and become much more efficient. The report writing capability of the system enables us to balance easily at days end and get deposits made same day. We have been able to integrate the Clover system with our QuickBooks Accounting System and simplify both accounts receivable and accounts payable.

This has been the best business decision that we could have made!
