We had a first birthday party at Poplar Hill and it was the perfect day! The space is gorgeous and the owner was incredibly kind and more than accommodating from booking to day of. We were able to modify the layout as needed and received helpful recommendations from past events. The views out of the back of the main venue space are breathtaking! The entire property is well manicured and the views truly are picturesque. It is hard to find a venue like this in a small town with as much space and character as poplar hill offers. Recommend to any and all for small and large events alike!

A few days ago I had the honor of celebrating my daughter's fifteenth birthday in this beautiful place that is 100% recommended, an excellent work team, friendly and above all, humble people so grateful for the attention. Thank you very much once again for allowing us to celebrate such a beautiful event.

Poplar Hill Wedding And Events Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding. The communication from the staff was reliable, timely, clear, and very nice throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is clean, roomy, and truly unique - it has a beautiful rustic feel with an amazing property that is so well-maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and present whenever we needed them, making sure everything ran smoothly on our special day. The food was absolutely delicious, and the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. I could not imagine getting married anywhere else.

Poplar Hill provided a wonderful setting and experience for our wedding guests over Memorial weekend. The team was very accommodating and flexible to meet our needs. Food was great. Fun was had by all. Highly recommended for your wedding day.

We had a amazing wedding at this venue! The venue its self is gorgeous and the grounds are immaculate. All the venue staff was amazing and strived to make our day everything we had hoped for! Our wedding package included catering for the wedding as well as rehearsal dinner everything we had was amazing! The bridal suit was perfect for me and my bridesmaids. Bernie has so many more plans in the works for the venue and I can not wait to see how they grow ! They hold many events not just wedding so be sure to reach out to them to see if there space is right for you!

When Anthony & I decided to do this, I was lost on where to begin but when GOD ordained this, he already had EVERYTHING lined up PERFECT & WELL because GOD don’t do ANYTHING halfway ☺️☺️ I’m telling you he turned my worries into a smile ALL the way through this process, and Poplar Hill Wedding and Events Venue was more to my family & I than a venue, they became FAMILY ❤️ I realized from my consultation that BLOOD 🩸 don’t make you family.. The owner Mr. Bernie, my wedding coordinators, photographer, and all the way down to the license bartender was phenomenal and was there for me!!!! I’m just so overwhelmed at how GOD orchestrated this whole journey. If you're looking for the perfect place to have an awesome experience Poplar Hill will give you that and more!!! ❤️

Absolutely amazing! We were there for my brother’s wedding! They treated our family like royalty, and paid attention to every detail! They made the bride and groom’s day so beautiful! The accommodations are great, the food is delicious, and the landscape is breathtaking. The owners are so thoughtful and are there for you through the whole event! Truly an incredible venue! The owners are so accommodating and genuinely nice people, the grounds have several amazing locations for photos and the whole place is just absolutely beautiful. We at Lucky Sparrows are looking forward to shooting here more often! 😍
