We bought a gas fireplace from Pondside for an addition to our house. Jeff knows about all of the features, options, and pricing of various models. He's also responsive with follow-up questions. The showroom has enough models on display to get a good sense of what you're getting. Very happy we chose Pondside. A lot of planning goes into building around a gas fireplace, so make sure you speak to Jeff early in your building process.
