There are more than one business name to this address so you have to ask which warehouse your are going to load/unload, I did unload around the main building next to the rails, the forklift guy was friendly and worked fast, he got me unloaded in one hour. I saw no restroom or vending machines but I didn't ask either.

You can stay overnight, the only thing is the train passing by every 15 minutes and use the horn right there
