I have been having some issues with my reception. after contacting customer service and talking with them. they scheduled for a technician to come out. and moved the appointment up to the next day for the service. within a few minutes of arrival, the problem was figured out. thank you so much for your fast service

We live out aways and use pocket I net for our internet service, every time we have had to deal with them It's been a positive, and just want to get a shout out to Leo the technician for great service, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable

For the last 4 to 5 months the service has been horrible, outages constantly, when it does work the service is beyond slow and spotty at best. Here we are yet again 11-2-24 at 520 pm and the service has been out for over 2 hours in benton city.

Pocketinet was my TV provider for more than a decade and answered my calls promptly and pleasantly. When a storm damaged our antenna, the repair was finished in time for us to watch the evening news. When my husband was hospitalized in Spokane, Pocketinet told me not to worry about my bill being late and wished us well. A pleasant and easy-to-work- with company.

We have been using PocketiNet for almost a year now and the service has been as advertised. Not the best speeds but you get what is promised. My main gripe is with their technical support. I wanted to use a VPN to remote into my home network but I believe they are using equipment that makes that impossible. I tried to contact tech support a couple times with no response. We were able to get through to customer service when we inquired about cancelling and I expressed my issues. She forwarded my issues to tech support but after a couple weeks I still received no response from tech support. I finally emailed customer service back and stated that I don't believe their tech support even existed. Its been a few days and even customer service seems to have ghosted me. While we still have a year left on our contract we will be switching to a cellular based service at half the price and faster speeds while we continue to pay off our contract with what is now an overpriced service with slower speeds.

*update we were able to get our issue resolved a year ago. We still decide to cancel for the higher speeds that the cellular based service provided and pocketinet let us out of our contract early. Over all their service is rock solid and dependable the technology is just lacking if you need a faster connection.

This company has amazing customer service! I called after hours and left a voice mail. The next day, they called me back and we got right to business. They said it might be 15 business days. Next day, I got a call from the installer, and they said they could fit me in in less than a week. Install was quick, painless, and perfect.

Slow speeds for the price that is being paid. Service has been spotty at best recently so we opted to try Starlink. Man what a difference in speed! Sure the initial cost is high for the antenna, but at 100Mbs down and 7-8 Mbs up, it's worth it.

Had an issue with billing that they acknowledged was an error in their new system. They have been very responsive in dealing with any issues I have. I want to thank Terri for calling me on her day off to sort out a service interruption. Looking forward to the new tower and upgraded service. Good customer service can't be beat.
