Horrible company and horrible customer service! We bought an arcade game from them at the Home Show in 2018. It worked great until it didn't. When we tried to get their help on getting it repaired, we got the run-around for a year and a half! Then about a month ago Susan tells me they've been out of business since 2020.
Do not trust these people!

Bought an Oliso Iron from Mechant ID 2205513 at the Eugene Home Show

Said it was $149.00 for a 1250 Iron with a 2 year warranty. When I got home and looked at my credit card receipt he had charged me $150.00 and the warranty was only for one year. After checking with another friend, who also went to the same home show...he had done the same to her. Haven't used the iron enough to rate it yet. Just rating the merchant who sold it.

Bought two 50 foot collapsable hoses At the Eugene Outdoor show. When I opened them and started to use them I found one of them had adefect in the outer coating. Called the 800 number on the sticker placed on teh product. Spoke to Cheryl, she said she would send me a new hose and postage to return the old hose.
