Can I possibly give 0 stars? We have doors and windows from this company. The doors won't stay latched, handles fall off, etc. Our builder keeps "talking to them" but nothing gets done. Run from this company.

Windows very poorly made after 3 years I need 9 panels replaced. They will not install them because my warranty window for labor is past. I also have to pay for the shipping cost to get them here. The customer rep will only communicate over email. I requested phone call 3 different times only to be meet with an email the following day. I guess they could not talk because they are busy answering emails on all the defective products they supply. I asked for a local contact to help install or a video of how to. They sent me contractors 60 miles away.

The panels arrived for replacement. They where not the correct size. I reached out to the customer rep and said as such. I asked for the reorder to arrive after Thanksgiving because I was out of town. They where on my porch when I arrived back home. I guess a simple request is a lot to ask.
The sub division that I live in has 36 homes with each home having around 18 windows. That is 36 panels per home. As a walk the street I see each home as at least 6 panels that are bad. Those do not include the ones that I am not able to see.
I guess this company is ok with just producing subpar product. Looking at the number bad panels I would guess their failure rate is close to 30%.
The person that I am getting to install the panels for me, stated they do a lot of replacements and warranty work for this window manufacture.

Update: 1/14/25- I still have not received all the correct panels. I still have 1 that is incorrect size. I probably have received close to 35 replacement panels only 8 have been correct. The others, I ask if they wanted back, with no response given. I gave them to a contractor. I have added 2 pics of the "quality" replacement windows they sent to me.

They are very quick and fast if you are doing a drop & hook. You go to Door 15 or 19 🤔 for Shipping & Receiving. There are a lot of people who work inside. It looks like a mad house for production associates. Only one problem, there are a lot of personal own vehicles everywhere where the docks are. There are very very limited spaces to manuver your truck and trailer for docking or anything. The workers driving do not care or give you warnings when there are driving on the premises even after you have your flashes on or hook to back to a dock. It is a one for all in the parking lot. The yard dogs will control the flow of traffic is you need them.

Update. Had to order more replacement windows. Warranty process is very cumbersome, requiring numerous pictures. Last time, replacement window sent did not contain the grid within the glass. This time, the window sent had the grid rotated 90 degrees from the correct position. Customer service and quality assurance cannot be this hard.

House built five years ago now needs numerous windows replaced. Warranty claims takes almost a year . Typical of the quality of contractor our builder used.

Would never recommend Ply Gem windows to anyone. They are very poorly made. We have had to replace them in our brand new house in less than 3 years living there. Also, customer service takes a month to process the claim and they refuse to rush any orders. Definitely won't be ordering Ply Gem ever again.

I worked there for 8 years and got fired over hear say. And did not have any proof of what they said I did. and still got fired and I was not the only one.This place has to much favoritism!!! I will never tell anyone to go there to work!!

I would have given them no stars, except for the fact that they finally sent a competent contractor out. On a brand new house, six of their windows would not lock. Twice, they sent factory reps out to see the problem. Twice, they said we didn't know how to close the windows properly. (Really?!) One of the installed sashes was actually the completely wrong size. This went from August until March. We weatherstripped between the sashes to keep cold air from coming in the house. Finally, in March, they sent a competent person who fixed 5 of the 6 windows and ordered new ballasts for the last one. No guarantee it would actually fix the window. The competent person calls me to set up an appointment to install. 10 minutes later, Ply Gem calls me to cancel the appointment and tells me to install it myself. That's great customer service. Thus, ONE star.

This place is full of SNAKES!! People look after themselves & can't mind their own business!! I went to take a drug test for some racks that fell (everyone has done it) bust thru a concrete ramp that I didn't even know was there. Plus nobody uses it... Secretly put me on a 3 day suspension then fired me. Didn't have the balls to tell me had to go to HR myself. Don't work here unless you are highly desperate!! No wonder they have a high turnover rate!!
