This company came out to fix all the plumbing in my apartment which, in their defense, was all "unlawful," apparently, and was supposed to have been fixed by the complex before I moved in a half decade ago. The first time they came out to fix the plumbing where a pipe had burst in my hallway closet, they let insulation get all over my carpet, didn't clean it up, and stained my carpet by mashing it into the floor with their boots.

The 2nd time they came out, the complex had asked them to fix all the remaining plumbing throughout the apartment and they only told me to move stuff from under the sinks and adjacent to the bathroom shower. I did all this but came home to find my clean clothes from on top of the washer mixed in with my dirty clothes in my hamper and the hamper on top of a high shelf which I had to scale on top of my dryer to retrieve. They'd left dust and chunks of the wall all over my laundry room, in my bedroom closet, tracked it back and forth in my living room, all behind my toilet, and they'd chucked the remnants of the wall outside my apartment expecting me to throw it away.

I dunno how plumbers do their job in AL, but my only other frame of reference is MD, and those guys used a hand-held vac and cleaned up every last bit of residue they'd caused and took the remaining chunks of wall with them leaving barely a trace that they'd even been there.

Considering my rent goes toward paying for these types of repairs, I'm extremely disappointed. I can't choose the plumbing company they use, but the complete disregard these folks use is subpar and if I had my way, they'd change companies. The worst part is my poor maintenance guys had to go behind Plumb One and clean up their mistakes. The complex pays them to provide a service and they completely half-assed the job.

They did fix the pipes and I haven't had any leaks thus far, but that's the only reason for 2 stars.

Very professional crew. Daniel Fortner listened to all issues I had going on, inspected and got to work. Sorry didn't catch his helpers name. But kept me informed on everything. I would definitely recommend to everyone who is in need. Thank you fellas

Asked for a Sump Pump to be installed. Got it quoted and confirmed I wanted to do it. They didn't contact me for 10 days. I had to reach out and get an appointment scheduled 23 days after the quote was accepted. On the day they were supposed to arrive in the 8am-12 time slot I was called at 12:04 and told they were not coming. I had made other appointments based around them doing the job at the appointed time. I had taken off work and had my time wasted by an unprofessional company. I will not recommended them to anyone who values punctuality.

Casey was extremely nice and professional. Very fair pricing. Cleaned up after the job. Barry the owner was equally as nice and very knowledable. Office ladies were always nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Just an all around great experience. Highly Recommend Plumb One!

Had our first service today. They were extremely prompt in responding to our request. Terry did an excellent job, was very professional and nice, and the price was more reasonable than most plumbers. Also, LOVE their truck. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Plumb One was a good one, they were quick to spot the problem despite the odd descriptions of the problem I gave them, which were way off. They fixed things fast, had all the parts on-hand. I appreciated their help and would call them again if another issue came up.
