Kimberlee was top notch. She knew the area market and was able to assess the value of our property accurately. Kimberlee was familiar with all aspects of a home including details about water well, propane, winterizing, etc. She worked easily and fairly with others involved in the process. Kimberlee was responsive to all our questions, concerns and issues as we were out of state when selling the home. She made suggestions but allowed us to make final decisions. Her advice helped us avoid problems and helped us with solutions. Her response time was quick and courteous. My husband and I would highly recommend Kimberlee and her associates.

My fiance and I were interested in purchasing a piece of property we had viewed but didn't want to negotiate with only the seller's agent. We live out of state but we found Kimberlee through a real estate agent in our state. This was our first property purchase and she made the whole process a breeze.

Kimberlee was very transparent in the fact that she had not seen our land before/wasn't super familiar in the area. She even offered to help us find an agent who had (which ended up falling through). Kimberlee was upfront and honest with us in terms of what she thought the land was actually worth/what would be a fair purchase price (especially compared to other lots in the community) and helped us negotiate a decent chunk off of the seller's initial asking price. She was thorough, attentive, personable, and quick to respond. The whole selling process went over very smoothly and we couldn't be happier with her service!

We had a few issues with the seller's agent being non-responsive and albeit impolite, but Kimberlee was very firm and stood her ground for us and all the while maintained a professional manner. We couldn't have asked for anything more, she totally hit it out of the park.

We absolutely would recommend Kimberlee and the Platinum Properties Team to our friends and family, and anyone who happens to read this review. We are confident this won't be our last transaction with her should we choose to buy more land in Colorado!
