I work at Specialty Coating and Laminating in Doswell, Va. We have used Plan B on several occasions and almost always have been satisfied with the Quality and Speedy work that was done for us. When I say almost always I mean there have been a couple times where something was not perfect but the Owner Norman Elliott came out and took care of it himself.

I stopped in for a small piece I needed. Most places would have told me to pound sand, not worth the effort. But the boss (shame on me for not getting his name) had an employee take time out & locate what I needed. That's good customer service in a time when that seems a forgotten trait.

I do not recommend this shop at all. Terrible!! I brought my own material that I had just purchased in to be bent. They agreed it was something that they can handle and when they were finished it was damaged beyond use. After speaking with the owner he had no willingness to fix the problem. I'm now out $150 piece on a pc of metal and I have to go buy a new piece because they completely ruined it. Pretty disappointing!
