What a disaster! This should have been a simple closing. Two of us needed to remote sign. Their software program failed. We spent almost 3 hours on line to be told it wouldn’t work. We incurred extra costs because a mobile notary was necessary & one party drove 2 hours to their office. The owner Brian could have cared less & tried to blame our agent because they requested a quick closing that Pioneer agreed too! Refused to compensate us for the additional costs & took responsibility for nothing. Find another Title company!

UPDATE i finally got ahold of the owner, Brien Fair. because my quit claim deed was lost in the mail. He refused to apologize, said they did nothing wrong, then hung up on me. While I was in tears about how horribly I was treated. This awful human HUNG UP ON ME!

I have purchased 4 homes in my 44 years, and have NEVER been treated so unkind by a title company. I found out from my loan officer that the sale had been recorded and my real estate agent met me at the property to give me my keys. No one from your office ever made me feel valued or appreciated for my business.

I'd rather not come to your offices ever again. Both times I have, I've been treated rudely and shown no gratitude for spending thousands of my hard earned dollars at your office. Yulin was the 1st person to utter the words 'Congratulations'. No one had said 'thank you for your business' or thank you for being a client' or anything of the such. I left in tears on monday, on what should have been a day to celebrate. A huge moment in a person's life was treated as a cold money transaction. Whoever took my final check monday just took my money and didn't say thank you. She just handed me a reciept and said, 'all right, here is you're reciept, you're good to go'.

I brought it to Courtney's attention and get responses was cold as well! It was...."Received, thank you. We will confirm receipt of your final wire once it comes in."

No apology, no remorse, nothing. What kind of cold hearted business are you running? She only cared about my wire transfer? Not at all concerned about how i was being treated?

Wouldn't anyone be excited for me? Greatful that your company just made thousands of dollars from me?

At the beginning of this transaction, I informed the team that I was experiencing a domestic violence situation that I was fleeing, and no one took it seriously. Nor did they show any sympathy about the situation. My address was still shared with him, and they didn't bother to inform me that the system was automated and would send him an automated email. They were unconcerned for my safety. Cold hearted and completely removed of all human emotion.

I will be posting this review on all forms of media that I can find. I am disgusted that you would treat a neighbor, a friend of your own community like this.

Worst experience closing a home loan we’ve ever had. Payoff figures were incorrect and and we ended up owing money back to them! Scheduled payoffs were left to us to do because Pioneer did not ask for account numbers or addresses, and HOA information was not received. A week after closing the HOA had not been notified we had closed. After waiting until 5:30 for papers to be physically filed at the courthouse as the Efile deadline was missed though we signed at 9 am, we were issued a paper check instead of funds being wired so we had no access to those funds for a week after closing. Manager was unapologetic and said we were out of line to expect them to be accountable for their math errors and poor service. Do not recommend!!!

We had a complex closing with some logistical challenges. Brian and his team handled it expertly, arranging for a mobile notary and helping us get the documents shuttled back to Wenatchee. We can recommend them.
