One person in the building to help. After her five minute phone call of me standing there I was told there’s no one to fill the propane bottle that I needed filled that it would be next week sometime. I’m guessing this place caters more to large propane tanks, and not your smaller tanks for Campers and barbecue grills

Previous owners of our house had Pinical so we went ahead and signed back up with them since it was their tank... they didn’t waste anytime getting everything hooked up and even replaced the old tank. I call and call and when I finally do the lady is always in a bad mood. Anytime I call for them to deliver they take two to three weeks to get here, when i get ahold of the lady on the phone she kept saying in the next few days and that she would put us on the quick delivery list. We have been buying wood to heat the house while I’m watch mfa propane driving all over the place delivering! Iv seen a Pinical truck once in the last two months.

3 weeks no service. The receptionist takes us or omits us from the list. Rude will not give numbers to supervisor. Do not use. There are better companies. If I could leave zero stars I would.

You should really look elsewhere if you want reliable service in the winter months.
You call the local office and call goes to another state with ATLEAST a 2hour waiting period til someone takes your call.

We have prepaid for our propane and this company has let us run out twice this fall/winter. Calls and emails go unanswered and when they finally do answer the phone no reason is given why they can not deliver on time. They basically got our money and now do not care.

This place is awful! Unacceptable! Customer service sucks. They expect you to wait until your down to 10% and then when you call to get more they make you wait over a week! My sister is disabled and my elderly father have been waiting for a week for them to show up!

I feel the same. I call and call and just get the run around. I wish they cared more about their customers. I mean delivering propane and answering the phone is what they were hired to do.

Have not figured out why they can not deliver. The can come and get their tank as far as I care. If they can not give me service. They are not the only propane provider. Either that I will switch to central heat and air.
