The Pinery HOA is a mess! First they claimed we bounced a check for yearly dues. They sent my wife an email for the check image. We have no idea who wrote the check. They obviously had us confused with someone else. We were sympathetic to this and have always been friendly to the HOA. And actually, they are pretty nice people. But we haven't had trash service is 2 weeks. The Trash service said our pick-up has been turned off due to no HOA payment. Checked with the HOA and they've received our payment. We've been going back and forth between Pinery HOA and Little Dumpsters for 2 weeks. Pinery HOA has been assuring us they will resolve and trash will be pick up "tomorrow." It hasn't happened. Today I went to meet with HOA in person. They are very friendly, but they don't really know how or do anything to help the situation. They are able to confirm we paid them for the year and tell us they will get Little Dumpsters to pick up our trash.. but it doesn't happen.
