I worked here for 5 years, and in that time I not only grew to enjoy my employment here, but I also grew as a person. This was my first real job that wasn’t working summers with my father, and it taught me a lot of mechanical skills/knowledge I never thought I would possess.

There is a lot of opportunity here for growth. I started as a line operator employed under the temp agency BBSI and eventually was hired on by Pexco and moved to other departments (Material Handling and Shipping/Receiving). I received yearly raises as well as department-related raises. They provided good healthcare that also covered vision/dental, as well as a great HSA and retirement plan. Throughout the years, I felt I was actually moving up the ladder instead of stagnating like at many other places of employment. And most importantly, I felt useful and appreciated.

Pexco was a great place to work and if I didn’t move to Arizona for family reasons, I’d still be happily working here. I do whole-heartedly miss this place and the people I worked with (some of whom I ran the Tough Mudder 2021 with). Many great memories from a plastic plant that you’d assume to be boring and mundane. 😋

I was in need of a facility marker, just 1, and I caught in an email chain "Pexco" so I reached out to see if I could order the facility marker directly.
They weren't able to process the order bc I'm not a retailer but he made a couple calls and found exactly what I was looking for locally. Huge help and the guy went above and beyond for a non-direct-customer.
