I didn’t catch his name but the guy who helped me in the fish department was Beyond knowledgeable and helped me pick out fish like I was picking a new car. Great guy and great service. 2nd shift/closing shift. Great people

I had the unfortunate experience of stepping in another customers dogs mess. I was wearing brand new canvas shoes, so very upsetting. The manager, Rich, went out of his way to try and make things right for me. He offered to replace my shoes, or at least have them cleaned. When I insisted it was OK, he gave me a hefty discount at the register the managers response to an unfortunate situation that was out of his hands has made me a customer for life

After the other petsmart (Chicopee) refused to honor my appointment and made up nonsensical excuses, I booked here last minute. Got an appointment for the following day with Zoe. She did a great job, and our dog was done in a reasonable time, and exactly as requested. Everyone there was warm and accommodating. Perhaps they should teach the other store how to create great customer experiences.

The staff was extremely friendly, they were able to change out a tank we wanted for one we purchased no questions asked (it was an even exchange). Store is super clean and their Betta fish are actually alive and thriving. Plus they have my dogs food. We will be back!
