I needed extra wide line set covers for my container home, and PermaCover was able to fabricate + ship them to me in just a couple days. The packaging was also phenomenal. Everything was included in the box, from matching color hardware to drill bits. I was able to hang it myself in less than a day, and the back of our building looks 10x better now. The line set protection product was superior in quality, speed of receipt and price than what I could get locally. If I got it from Naughton’s Plumbing, I would have paid a lot more and would’ve needed to paint the line set cover myself. Quick turnaround from request to shipment received, Including the custom-made end piece! Excellent very responsive customer service.

Recently installed a mini split for my garage in Florida. Wanted to cover the Insightly line set coming out of the exterior wall with something that was NOT plastic. Searched Amazon and found perma cover. Very nice METAL cover with a ton of color options and sizes. Very reasonable priced. Saw that you could call for custom options. Since my line set has both a vertical and horizontal run I called to see if I could get something custom to cover the whole thing. Sawyer responded right away and got me setup with a custom solution for not much more cost than the stock kit. They fabricated it and had it shipped by the next day. I am super happy with the results! The customer service was far better than I expected and I love the product. Highly recommend perma cover!

Kevin Cabellero DBA Serenity Roofing & Construction did a fabulous job with out roofing redo due to the hail storm damage we received. He had to remove our Solar Panels which he was very careful with. After the roof had all new shingles he then needed to put the Solar Panels back on our roof. He was very careful putting them back on top of the house and we have heard them recycle, so they are definitely working. I needed a wider cover for the exterior HVAC line than was provided by the installer. I contacted PermaCover, spoke with Sawyer, and I sent 2 pictures for a better depiction. Sawyer was very knowledgeable, and my order was sent without delay. Not only did my order arrive in good condition, but it also was nice to speak with a person in customer service, and not a recording. I would buy from PermaCover again.
