Having Baharrah as my planner and Arshia as our DJ was without a doubt one of THE BEST decisions I made while planning my wedding. They are the ultimate DREAM TEAM! When I came to her while planning, I was nervous about the number of guests (300) I was having and how to do everything. She quickly put my nerves at rest assuring me that she was used to large events. She then went beyond my expectations. Anything I needed while planning, she delivered! I truly can't thank her enough for helping me with all the planning and day of coordination! I could not have planned my wedding without her. And Arshia really made our reception the fun party we hoped for! We loved our experience with them so much!

We asked them to DJ our wedding reception. They were nice in meeting and establishing the deal for $1650 for DJ and slide show. The DJ seemed lost at the reception and I had to ask him to put the various songs. The DJ didn't know any of our songs even though we had put it online at their request two weeks earlier. I had to queue him for all the songs that were special which was very unprofessional. The worst part was that they messed up our slide show. They made very little effort for this. We had made it in chronological order in Dropbox as they had requested and they took out all the pictures of my family. My father who is deceased was in several of the pictures we sent him but he didn't have ANY of them. So NO pictures of my father and the order was totally off. THEN about 70% of the pictures came in zoomed in and CUT the heads off of all the pictures. I didn't give them any tip and very unhappy with slide show and lack of caring by this company.

Be aware of the hidden charges when you buy tickets from PerGen. They charge you the Paypal seller fee and when you ask they will tell you it is what it is! What a jerk this guy Arshia is, when I informed me about this issue, he called me "a typical bored Persian headache"!!!!

When I bought Aref's concert tickets I noticed there is an un-authorized charge on my paypal account. The seller fee was also charged to my account. Arshia promised me two free tickets to the Sizde Be dar party and today when I asked when I will receive it, he said:

"Don't put pressure on me!!! You know what, it wasn’t my concert and I was trying to be nice and help you better sleep at nights because if some extra nonsense charge and the fact that you can’t get over $5 processing charge.

Why don’t you go ahead and get your money back for Aref because I’m not giving you anything anymore.

I will not contact you nor want any business coming from you anywhere around me.

As I said, you’re a typical Persian headache and that’s why I don’t want you around me. I have not provided you any business and that proved you’re just trying to bother businesses.

I said when they become available I will give you two, only because I’m a super nice person and trying to keep everyone happy. Apparently, I was making a big mistake because some people just don’t want to be happy and love to argue and write nasty.

I’m not afraid of your bad reviews honey. The same way, I have recorded my conversations and have the proof in writing. I will make sure your friends around you know how cheap you are that you cry for $5 processing charge when it was not even me charging you anywhere in that process.

Why do you want me to apologize? You wanted two free tickets and I said I will give you two free tickets so you don’t cry anymore.

That was my intention. Like giving a lollipop to babies to make them happy. That was all the intentions I had.

Instead of being a typical bored Persian, why didn’t you read the description? It said tickets will be available on Monday.

I didn’t charge you at all. You keep forgetting. I was promoting that concert and you decided to pay for a ticket without knowing how your PayPal or credit card company is charging you. You should read and stay calm next time you buy a ticket or when you force people to give you free tickets because it seems you’re a professional in this case."

Mr. Arshia gave us an unforgettable night as promised! The music was absolutely awesome and he kept everybody dancing on the dance floor for the entire night. Thank you so very for such a fun night.
