After arriving home in the evening to discover no water, we reached out to Jason. He asked a couple of questions and made an appointment to come out the next morning. It ended up being a more complicated fix, requiring an overhaul of our well tank and pump. Jason was committed to finishing the job (making a long day for him!) and ensuring we were up and running the same day. Great work, reasonable cost. We will definitely be reaching out to Jason again.

Called Jason about issues with my water at 8 pm on a weekday, not only did he spend the time going over what may have caused my issue, but texted with me afterwards answering any question I had. The next day, he came to my home to give everything a look and didn’t ask for anything in return- I can’t thank him enough for his service, advice, and most importantly just being a good person in these times for someone who’s still trying to master home ownership. Our well pump stopped working Friday morning and I called Kevin on Sunday afternoon and he returned my call almost immediately. He came out later that afternoon to evaluate the problem. He was able to order what he needed on Monday and returned first thing on Tuesday Christmas Eve morning with a two man crew. It was snowing and 25* and we had a new well pump and motor installed by 1:00pm.Our well was 700 feet deep and Kevin diligently worked in harsh weather conditions to get the job done. He was very knowledgeable and professional on the job site and explained everything about his diagnosis and his plan to move forward. I would highly recommend Performance Pump and Well Service to anyone having issues with their well. Thank you Kevin for coming to our rescue on the Christmas Holiday.

We lost water on a Wednesday evening. I called and texted Performance Pump that night and he was here by noon on Thursday. He replaced the well pump and we had running water by 3pm.

Jason is a true lifesaver, I lost the water in my home and I reached out to Jason and he proved that he’s a man of his word, unlike other contractors he showed up as promised and on time and he did not try to overcharge me like some other contractors that shall remain nameless. Jason also worked with me and gave me an honest assessment of that was truly required in order to get my well up and running. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service and knowledge that Jason provided. Woke up during a massive snow storm to no water. Jason came recommended so we called and he was really informative and compassionate for our situation. He came as soon as roads were cleared to diagnose the issue. It's no exaggeration to say that Jason is a superstar among the well and water experts out there. I called him at the recommendation of a friend of mine because he was the only person who could properly diagnose and solve her well problem. He did the same for my well issues and didn't just give me a blanket "shock the hell out of it" solution. I appreciate understanding what caused the problem, steps to take to prevent problems, and solutions that can be applied. He is extremely knowledgeable and nice. I highly recommend him. Jason replaced our well pump and water tank in about 4 hours. We chose his company because of his earlier quick and complete email quote and answers to our questions. He invited conversation while he was working which helped us decide to replace also the wire and pump hose so our complete install is new. He has a very deep and broad knowledge of wells and water systems and uses the best components. We would hire him again and recommend him highly.
