This location is absolutely the best! The entire office/experience is calm and professional. Lannea at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming. They run an organized office and get you in at your appointment time. The office feels personable and is just the right size.

Malisha is absolutely amazing! She is, by far, the best Mammographer I’ve ever had. She’s been doing my imaging for a few years and every single time it’s a great experience. She has a way with people and makes you feel so comfortable. She’s well worth the drive. In fact, I’ll be moving 2 hours away soon and I’ll still drive down for appointments with her. I cannot say enough great things about Malisha!

Jenny, the Ultrasound Sonographer, is so kind and professional. She explains what she is doing and answers any questions. She is so patient and kind.

And, Dr. Jensen is a true hero. He took the time to review my results and answer questions. It’s rare to get to speak with the radiologist in person.

I really cannot say enough great things about the Tri-Lakes Penrad location. This entire office should be recognized and given accolades. It’s just so hard to find medical care like this.

If you’re nervous or uncomfortable going in for your annual Mammogram, call to schedule your appointment early and request this location. You will be so happy you did. This type of experience makes these exams so much bearable and they are saving lives. Thank you, thank you!

Received timely appointment and the staff is excellent! Had an ultrasound and technician was wonderful….friendly, explained procedure and concerned about my comfort. I am especially pleased with timeliness of result report available on the patient portal. I really like this facility even though I have access to closer locations.

Hands down the best mammogram technician I've ever had in my 20 years of getting mammograms. She was so kind and calm throughout the process and explained everything she did. She was such a positive ray of light and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness.

Oh my goodness!!! Our ultrasound tech was AMAZING!!! She made me feel super super comfortable!! She was super professional but also just easy going and made me a lot less stressed!!! It was a nerve racking thing but she made it 100x better and even stayed and talked to me a little bit after cause I was asking some questions!!! She was wonderful!!! Give that girl a raise!! I can’t remember her name but she was working at 2:00pm on the 21st of august!! Haha
