I was at this store today July 21, 2020. I was very pleased with their selection of inventory and customer service was spot on. Very helpful and nice employees. Would definitely go back whenever needed. Management was also very helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Going to the store is hit or miss! Today I stopped in to get some keys made, but other days I might need other hardware and they do not have it. However the key experience was very positive, and the person at the front desk was very courteous. I would hope that True Value will do more marketing considering Ace Hardware had just moved locations, and I hope for True Values success in business.

My favorite place in town. And some of my favorite people. They treat everyone as family. I've known them all my life. They are a great family and great friends.! Shop there and support our home town and the people that built it! 14 stars all the way!

Was at this store yesterday July 10th, 2020. They have nice inventory and was asked to be helped by a young lady. I asked her why she didn’t have a mask on. Apparently it isn’t required although it’s been state mandated since July 7th. I assume the manager, a tall young man cane around asked me if I wanted him to put one on. His tone was somewhat challenging. I told him as a customer I expected all employees of a business to wear one. He told me it was on an individual basis only.

Perhaps you should train your employees especially your store managers on what the law requires thru this pandemic. I did not like his cavalier response nor the bad example he set for other employees. I will not shop at your store again, regardless of whether you have nice goods or not. This isn’t a political issue, it is a health/humanity issue. To be so cavalier, disrespectful of health concerns at this time is just not acceptable. I will be taking my complaint further up the food chain in your organization (TrueValue).
I’ve been a businesswoman for 44 years and have seen many things. This was deplorable.

We went to Lowe's and home Depot and couldn't find one person able to help us with questions. We called Penhalluricks and were met with kind confidence. We went in and were treated great. Highly recommend!

Wow I remember when this building used to be Buttrey's Grocery Store back in the day. (80's & 90's) I used to come here for gaming magazines, buying bread or milk or renting a video game(snes & nes) or simply a VHS tape. Lot of great memories. It is nice to see the building get a new lease on life as a True Value store helping build and improve the community for future generations in Moses Lake.
