Jeff Hodgson came to my home recently to repair my double entry doors due to serious air infiltration. He assessed the problem and repaired the doors by moving one door over a bit to properly meet in the middle. He had to remove some trim in order to force the left door over to its properly position. Apparently, the doors were installed incorrectly by Pella originally. Jeff had to make adjustments to the hardware in order to be able to close and lock properly. He did all this in about an hour. Jeff was professional, courteous and efficient and knows door installation. He’s an asset to the Pella team. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with the lead guy and each of his helpers.
They did a fantastic job and were very efficient. They are the best.

My complaint with Pella is they took to long to schedule the work.
They also had the original work order, but kept asking for measurements.

Patrick did a great job with our Pella sliding panel replacement. He had excellent communication, was extremely mindful while caring the door through the kitchen, and has clear technical skill with no hesitation on how to adjust the panel for proper usage.

While the windows are beautiful the service is awful. My sliding doors and windows are less than a year old. Had a screw come out of the top of the track and the track wouldn't allow my door to open. One of the tabs of my screens don't line up with the window frame. I called for service and was given an appointment 2 months out. Luckily my husband found the screw to fit and he fixed it but the screen cannot be fixed. It is made incorrectly. They don't warranty from the time of installation, it is warrantied from the time you buy it!!!! That's nonsense!! And as it turns out I won't be here for the appointment and will be away so may be out of warranty by the time I get back. Spoke with someone in warranty department and there is nothing they could do. They are so backed up with service calls one would have to surmise that there are major problems with this product. Read reviews before you purchase. Wish I had done that.
And just to add one more thing, I was told I had to pay for a walk through to check that everything was done correctly. I did not know there was such a thing!!!
