zero customer assistance and zero accountability for what they sell.
I was looking for connectors from Anderson power, found them here but no product description. When asking for one I was told someone would get back to me. I tried several times then decided to give it a try hoping that products would be listed in order of corresponding fits. when the connectors arrived they were not mated. I asked to return them and wanted to order multiple of the correct ones adding up to more then my initial order. they told me cant do anything for me even though I didn't open any of the packaging.
