Very happy with the purchase of my Pauls Home. Structurally well built and nicely designed home. A few issues with workmanship and attention to detail but overall a quality product. When my home was built there were many upgrades for most builders that came standard with Pauls.

I am a current owner of a Paul's Home. First off the homes are ok structurally. I have been having electrical issues in my home since the date of purchase and Paul's Homes have not resolved them a year and a half later. I looked into purchasing another new larger home and received flak for wanting to have my own real estate agent. When I escalated the issues I am having with my current home and the real estate office I spoke with Brad Paul. Brad came across as very confrontational when I insisted on using my real estate agent. There has been a degrading level of customer service at the organization and I would not recommend them.

Homes are decent but could be a bit better. No major complaints though. My review though is based on the customer service we just received and the impression we had. We were directed by our HOA to contact the builder about guidance in replacing a part from original build. Well, the call was very abrupt/rude/sarcastic and not helpful at all. The representative was short and scoffed at a simple question-clearly didn’t want even want to take time to assist or, if he couldn’t, simply could’ve explained that there was no way to assist. Especially as clients of their business. I was actually stunned by the lack of customer service. Maybe that’s his general demeanor and he didn’t mean to come across that way, but that was a very bad impression. When dealing in customer service, phone calls are all about tone and kindness. Disappointing.

We’ve rented a Pauls home for six years and we were so impressed by its construction that we purchased one during construction eight months ago. We’ve been moved in for four months and this house has exceeded our expectations - this is saying a lot since my wife was a site foreman for a custom home construction company building homes of up to $17,000,000 in price on the beaches of the East Coast.

Apart from a rock-solid feel, our electric bill in this 3,200 sq ft house is only $60 a month, with a gas bill of $25 a month during the dead of winter. Our very few punch-out concerns were addressed by the builder with zero pushback. The fit-and-finish is on par with my wife’s former homebuilder of much larger and more expensive homes. Our new home inspection (which went very well) was prefaced by the inspector with ‘I have no experience with Pauls, but this is a really well-built home’.

I can’t say enough about Pauls after almost seven years of experience with them and we are in love with our purchase. I recommend them to anyone shopping for a new home!
