My husband and I visited Paul at Tysons Galeria around 11am on a Good Friday and purchased Smoked Salmon Croissant, Butter Croissant, flat white and Mocha. All came quick and tasted good.

Alan helped us at the register counter and the other lady was helping other guests at the Pastries area. Alan was attentive in taking our order.

The Diningroom Male staff was also proactively taking away dirty dishes from our table.

We went for brunch at this cafe a while back on a Saturday. The cafe had a variety of pastries and other options. As we walked in, we were amazed by the delicious-looking pastries inside the display. However, the food we had was just okay and nothing special. The cafe could be improved in all aspects, especially keeping the seating area clean and tidy.

Wow, this bakery has really gone downhill. They were out of everything… just a couple of bakery selections and no breakfast meats (like bacon or ham). Adding to that is an extremely rude cashier. No customers were happy today. We won’t be back.

I heard lots of bad comments about this place but so far, I haven't had any problem here. The croissants are always fresh and have good coffee.

It’s always nice to stop by here, but this time there were a lot of flies inside!
Bakery items are always good
Coffee is nice here, the ice tea was average.
Staff were nice.
Seating needs to be updated.

I share the comments that they always run out, barely answer the phone and very rude while they're wrong. I ordered a cake to be told 2 hours after I got to the location that it's out of stock, without prior notice and an unacceptable resolution (i.e: will cancel your order but you are not getting your money back right away, allow few days). The employees are often respectful but the lady manager is not commercial and shouldn't be customer facing, this place is going from good (5+ years ago) to beyond worse and their regional director doesn't seem to understand basic customer service by demonstrating empathy and staying respectful, instead he's protecting his manager repeated bad behaviors, that will eventually cost them.

We tried their chicken pesto sandwich, napoleon and almond croissant. Don't get fooled by the look of the foods. The desserts were okay and over priced, they were more generic in taste and texture.
The waiter brought us spilled coffee and didn't even mentioned to clean or change the plate!

Oh my where do I start?! My mom and I were in Virginia visiting family and they recommended this bakery too us. Lucky for us it was on our way back home to New York. Since we were in a rush we just took everything to go. Let me say we went during a busy hour but the service was impeccable!! The place looked clean and the displays were beautiful and everything looked delicious I almost took one of everything to try. My mom ordered the salad and she loved it!! What was really delicious was their iced peach tea!! Let me tell you….. STARBUCKS COULD NEVER!! It was delicious I still drool thinking about that iced tea. As for the pastries they were absolutely delicious!! I took a bite and every bite was a piece of heaven. The Almond croissant I had saved it to bring it to work but 2 days had pass until I remembered about the croissant and I was so surprised at how fresh it still was. I think it’s safe to say my mom and especially me loved it!! We definitely will be making an effort to go back when we visit our family!!
