I was very happy with all my interactions with Patriot Plumbing. They were extremely helpful and responsive, and scheduled the repair of my water heater expeditiously. I could not be happier! Additionally, our technician, Noe, was outstanding and very efficient and knowledgeable. If ever I have another problem with plumbing, I will definitely request Noe. He is the best!

When I booked the visit I was clear that I was seeking help with a leak in our water pipe between our meter and the house. I was told they could help with that. But after the technician examined thoroughly inside the house (which we had already done), he said that they had no way to identify where a leak might be coming from in the main pipe. He was very nice, but I did not appreciate spending over $200 to learn that they could not really help me locate the leak and the best they could do was to charge $4,500 to do an exploratory dig with no guarantee. If I had been told that upfront before booking the visit I would not have had them come. As it is, I spent over $200 to learn nothing new. We are a nonprofit home for special needs adults and can't spend our money to get no new information. Frustrating that they weren't up front with what they could do at the beginning.

Two young men arrived timely, introduced themselves and greeted our dog. Asked questions on the problem and immediately evaluated and issue and clearly explained what they needed to do and what the estimated costs would be. Completed the work and cleaned up afterward. Clear explanations of what they were doing were provided. Preventive measures for future were offered along with cost estimates. The young men were very polite and respectful. I was very impressed with both of them.

From start to finish during the installation Carlos explained the process. The team did a fantastic job and I am very happy with their professionalism and attention to detail.
Kudos to the team, they ran into a few roadblocks, had the solutions and ran over longer than anticipated. Great team of tradesman.

Tom's team came to repair a leak in our plumbing manifold and while they were there they replaced our 22 year old water heater, also installed water pressure regulator all of which they had on their truck! 🚛 He recently returned my call on a question I had on how to adjust the temperature on the heater, very professional and courteous!
