Came and visited from out of town and stopped in to get a hat before hiking. The store was very bright and tidy with a nice variety of apparel. The store associates welcomed me immediately and were very helpful. I would definitely come back!!

On a family ski trip I stopped into this store for ski goggles and was not met with "Hello" I was met with "Not everything in the store is on sale." Im not kidding, the two employees behind the counter did nothing to assist me and continued to laugh and say snide remarks under their breathe (I heard them all).

Not only did I take the initial "greeting" as a racist statement, one employee felt the need to follow me around the store. After about 5 minutes my partner was uncomfortable so we left.

For my first time in this store, in Colorado, in a Patagonia, I will never go again. It has honestly put a stain on how I view Patagonia because if they allow their employees to be this way toward anyone especially customers of color, I question the entire organization from head to toe.

This Patagonia store in telluride is must stop everytime we go. We had just landed from a long flight and needed our ski gear for the morning. I called 5 mins before store was closing and told them I was coming down Gondola and they stayed open and took care of us. Knowledgable and helpful staff and made the shopping process a breeze.

I really like Patagonia, or “Patagucci” as my brother would say.

However, unless there’s a sale going I wouldn’t pay these prices. That plus the staff not interacting with me or anyone else made it feel kinda they didn’t want anyone making a purchase. I get letting the customers browse, but at least acknowledge they’re there. A simple “hello” and a smile goes a long way. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Talk about rude and soulless staff… lady working on 1/9/22 didn’t greet us and neither looked our way to see if we needed help. We asked her if they had scarfs and she gave us a death stare and immediately sent us to a store across the street.
