So the nurse was nice enough but they were not able to help me with everything I needed, plus I found their prices higher than expected. I'm going on a big trip all over Nepal for my sister's 40th and this clinic is not able to help with a prescription for malaria or for altitude sickness. Instead, I was told to go to my doctor or another clinic for these prescriptions. One of the reasons I came to a travel clinic in the first place is because my PCP isn't familiar with those topics and told me to contact a travel clinic, so it's disappointing they did not make it more clear from the start they can't do prescriptions, especially since I drove from Massachuesetts! Other things; 1) I did my paperwork online in advance (they give you a $25 discount if you do ahead of time) but the nurse didn't seem prepared and I had to review everything with her anyway and waited in the lobby awkwardly without being acknowledged for nearly 10 minutes even though there were nobody ahead of me 2) there is no easy street parking at this building so be prepared to pay for parking garage 3) the office felt a bit unkempt and cluttered so it didn't make the idea of getting shots there very comforting 4) the person that I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment was not friendly or helpful and when I tried asking some simple questions about prices was very evasive so I didn't find out the full cost until I was at the appointment 5) I felt a lot of pressure to buy these mosquito and diarrhea kits they sell in their office...I know mosquitos and food and water safety can be an issue in Nepal but she kept returning to these kits instead of other questions I had. I do feel that this is is probably something the nurse is pushed to sell from corporate. In the end, I found a different travel clinic where I had a much better experience and paid less than this place. I wish I had done more research before I made an appointment here but when I was searching online they were the first place that popped up so I chose this place, lesson learned!

Excellent experience. Appointments were easy to make and plentiful to choose from. Nina was super helpful when I asked questions and helped me feel good about my decisions when deciding which vaccines and medication I needed for my trip abroad. She had a very pleasant attitude that put me at ease before getting my shot. The lollipop and water bottle were an extra nice touch that helped me feel cared for. I had to drive an hour to make this appointment, and it felt well worth the trip. Thanks, Nina!

Nina is such a kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and generous medical professional. She makes sure to fully explain and takes time for questions and concerns— she totally demystifies the process. It was my second visit to Passport Health in Hartford and I was, as before, so well taken care of. It’s the only travel clinic I’ll use!

5-Star-doorman-building with immaculate interiors. The Nurse who took care of me was highly professional and informative. She’s also great at giving vaccinations! I feel well prepared for my trip to Thailand!

The place was nice and the nurse is helpful, but I think I got ripped off. I should have done some research before on prices. Their prices seem to be at least double. Try a local town clinic or something not for profit. Good luck.
