Tyler diagnosed problems with my furnace other companies missed. The repairs were made fast, reasonably priced, and without a mess. I’d recommend them for any service.

We called at about 9 a.m. on Wednesday morning - I kid you not, they were at our home by 9:15 a.m. The business is family owned and I was blessed enough to be a classmate of one of the operating family members. The men that came to our home were honest, respectful, helpful, efficient, and so kind! I have a pitbull puppy, and they let her stay out and play without a single complaint. The entire process was done in a matter of two days. Completely removed the old unit and had it completely reinstalled seamlessly with little to no hassle at all. Made sure we had all the information we needed and gave us a chance to increase our warranty for free. The price was fantastic & the gentleman were even kind enough to get a discount for us ( my mom is 80 and I’m her caretaker - it’s just us two women at the house). All I can say is, you won’t find anyone better in the valley. I’m a very satisfied and now a loyal customer. Any jobs that need serviced in this home will be going to Pappy’s! If you’re hot and unhappy, call Pappy’s 🙂 seriously love them! A very special shout out to Tyler, Devin, John, and Jamie - they’re me and mama’s dream team! Absolutely fantastic!!

We have recently moved our family into a home here from New Jersey. Until ACI we have had a difficult time getting professional home help in this area (Chelyan). Megan answered the phone and was helpful in working with us to set an appointment as soon as possible when our air conditioning stopped working. Tyler arrived on time and immediately quelled our concerns with his insight to some of the issues we were having. What felt like an impossible problem was reduced down to some simple readjustments to our thermostat. We feel grateful that Tyler was straightforward about the fix using language we could understand. In addition to the fix Tyler educated us on our system and how to keep it maintained well. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for professional service and affordability.

I called today and Tyler was on another job, he kept me informed of the approximate time he would be out. He is very knowledgeable and intelligent he went right to the problem. I have never had to call anyone before on my furnace, I was blessed. I highly highly recommend calling Pappy’s and he is very reasonable. Tyler and the other gentleman that was with him were very quick to diagnose and repair my AC unit and get it back up and running in no time. They went above and beyond by cleaning my unit multiple times to ensure our AC unit would run efficiently for the summer months. Greatly appreciate them, keep up the great work guys
