Crazy experience yard waste dump rates. They calculated my 5x10x2 dump trailer as 3 cubic yards. I had it lightly filled with branches. Came out to $62. It would be less expensive to throw it out as regular waste and pay the weight. I brought it up to the sales person, they took their own measurements and basically said too bad.

Came back because I was in a pinch. Charged $75 for 3 yards this time. The yard is so poorly maintained it's a giant mud pit. Never again

I am frustrated that residents of Snohomish county are being referred to this place but there is no transparency or subsidized cost for residents disposing of clean yard waste and you are charged the full 20+tax cost. Please be aware the Snohomish handout sheet is not accurate Topsoil business hours.

They had dirt and rocks, more than a man like me had a reason to pick up. I would say that if you need some mulch, topsoil or gravel on a budget, try these guys if they are nearby.

I have been charged different amounts for the same size load of yard waste. When I asked why the young man told me I was being confrontational. He was very rude and had the attitude of.. I don't care. Is this Pacific Topsoil's idea of customer service?
