This may be the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

I spend months exchanging phone calls, information, back to the doctor to get more information, etc. etc. all to fulfill a prescription for a CPAP machine. I never did get the machine from them because they never submitted to the insurance company for approval saying they needed something worded a certain way from the doctor, who said he had submitted same. Terrible. At the Doctors suggestion he submitted to Lincare and I now have my machine. What a waste of time and energy for everyone. And you wonder why healthcare costs so much?
