We just got our copier replaced and changed over our contract. They were incredibly through made sure we knew how to have our IT change over any drivers that were originally pulled wrong. Followed up with us and just did an all around great job. Definitely recommend them as a company to work with.

They do everything possible to keep our large copiers up and running. My service calls are always entered quickly by Cassie and the service technicians call soon after a request is submitted to get the details of the issue. They are responsive and knowledgeable and very patient as they troubleshoot the problem. They train me on proper use and how I can fix things in my own if possible.

I have been working w/James & his team @ Kennewick POA for over 15 years. We have leased at least 4 copiers from them. They make our copier choices so easy, it meets our needs & rarely have a problem. When we do they are out almost immediately to fix any issues we may have or to show us how to utilize the machine to our workflows. I even get follow up calls from James to make sure all our needs were met! I can't say enough good things about POA. Thank you for your great customer service.
