I think it’s personally way over priced. My parents were told they’d get a discount if they deboned the deer and cleaned it. My parents took it in. It’s 25 dollars for 3lbs. That’s 8 dollars a pound. Now they do good work and it tastes good but completely overcharging people. They didn’t tell my parents the price over the phone so when my mom got there she ended up only getting half her meat and they just were going to take the other half and sell it themselves full price. Which to me doesn’t seem fair. So we bought the other half.

My Dad was an old school butcher and meat cutter for 35 years. He always said wrapping in paper is better and these guys wrap in paper. We purchased a cow from my neighbor and OCB did the butchering. Spot on cuts and the packaging is correctly done. Will be back when the need arrives.
