Ten stars out of five! The work you can see on Jack's instagram doesn't even start to do him justice. From the very beginning he was friendly and easy to understand. I am very shy in front of the camera and he had the patience, gave me guidance and I was able to fully relax. The pictures came out so good, that my own friends thought they were AI generated! That's how gifted he is. He is also really fast on his feet as he had to improvise on the spot when we realized our location was blocked off for an event. I wish I knew of him when I got married!

Jack is very friendly, detailed-oriented and professional for sure 🙂 At the beginning of the quoting phase, he spoke with us on the phone and was willing to answer all the questions. On the big day, he and his assistant did EVERYTHING to ensure the pictures are perfect. They fulfilled all our wishes even tho we ran overtime. Jack acts quickly too. We got our sneak peak right away and the final tuned pictures came super fast after we told Jack what our fav original pictures are.
