Dr. MacTaggart and staff were great. Warm, friendly and knowledgeable. They were gracious as I hadn’t realized when my appt was moved up it was at a different location. The receptionist was kind and called to see if they could work me in. They said yes and I was grateful. I was relieved to get my first treatment.

Wish I could get away with 0 Stars. Zero Health sent a referral to the Superior office for my husband and they said it takes 2-3 days for the office to call you. I called on the 4th day and they said the person who gets the referral would call me back. 2 business days later still nothing. I let them know that my husband was in severe pain but they don't care. I have already moved on to different surgeons, as I will never recommend this office to anyone.

I absolutely love Dr MacTaggart and her wonderful assistant, Callie! Both are thoughtful, kind and have a great sense of humor😃 Between the two of them, even 2 cortisone shots weren’t so bad.

I was referred here by my provider for a wrist injury. A week passed and OCC never called me to schedule. I called my provider and they got in touch with a manager at OCC, who called me back shortly thereafter and scheduled my appointment for one week later. Today I showed up for my 12:15 appointment and was told I wasn't on the schedule. Turns out OCC cancelled my appointment and never told me or my provider. They told me the best they could do is plug me into their first opening, 3 weeks later.

Very frustrating to take time off of work, drive to the office, and then get told: "sorry, we messed up, best we can do for you is 3 weeks away." If everyone has customer service this poor, it would be a sad, sad world.

Dr. Leland provided excellent, efficient care and was very straightforward during my visit, which only took 10 minutes.

However, the practice's administrative systems need significant modernization. The current setup requires patients to navigate multiple separate systems for pre-visit forms, medical history access, and records requests, with some processes still requiring in-person paper form submission. This fragmented approach is time-consuming and frustrating compared to other medical practices that offer streamlined, integrated patient portals.

While the medical care is good, investing in a modern, unified digital system would greatly improve the overall patient experience.

Cornerstone office in Superior is where I have been a patient of Dr Hsin and he is the best. Pleasant, courteous, and attentive. He explains so you truly understand and takes his time. I trust him completely with the care I receive.
The office staff is also great.
