DO NOT MOVE HERE! Worst experience I have ever had by far. I am paying $3750 for a 2 bedroom apartment, new construction. I have had no heat since move in, the fridge had 2 giant dents on it, the stove damaged, doors chipped, every single corner chewed. Massive problem with the blinds in all of the units here, damaged and unable to open or close them. I have not been able to use my office as the sun comes in & shines right in my eyes and at night I have 0 privacy. Leasing only gets back to me when they want to. I was told the blinds have a 6 month waiting period to get fixed which is over halfway through my lease. My garage was malfunctioning and not shutting and left my vehicle and a lot of valuable items exposed. No heat since move in is crazy, will attach photos of the temperature of my apartment, this has caused me to get sick. Leasing doesn’t see this as an urgent issue. Have also had sewage issues with my primary bathroom (right next to bedroom) toilet has not worked since move in & whole place wreaks of sewage. The leasing team and maintenance team are disorganized and seem to have extreme issues with communication and getting things fixed. I spent Thanksgiving in the hospital due to a horrible fall on ice right outside my building door (building door also has been broken since I moved in and is not secure and always open). The property and team did not clean up at all after the snow. I had to call an ambulance and they even had to put salt down themselves to get me and not fall, my entire left knee, ankle & foot is totally messed up along with my right shoulder and I need surgery and can’t walk or move at all. The team here does not take care of the property and it is hazardous conditions and nothing is very fixed or addressed. No one ever gets back to me and it is the most disorganized shit show of a property I have ever witnessed and unfortunately am living at (and now extremely injured). I was lied to over and over again by leasing staff on many many things to to get me to sign a lease. Disappointed is an understatement.

Absolutely love it here.

We signed a lease with Origin after touring many apartments in Boulder/Superior/Broomfield area and this is by far the best apartment. The neighborhood is upcoming and well lit. The apartments are brand new and we were the first residents in our unit. The amenities are great and the leasing team is fantastic, Kate was very helpful during our leasing process. Once the retail shops open there will be a lot of options in the area.

Overall, it’s a pleasant experience living here and would highly recommend Origin.

Origin has been an absolute joy. The community is welcoming, beautifully maintained, and always spotless. The leasing staff is exceptional—kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The maintenance team is equally fantastic, responding quickly and keeping everything in perfect condition. Everyone here, from the staff to the residents, contributes to such a friendly and positive atmosphere. It’s a wonderful place to call home!

Love living at Origin! The staff here are all very professional and go out of their way to exceed expectations! When we started looking for our new home we found Origin in Superior Colorado.. Kate was our leasing professional and she made our transition easy. It was a team affect with Danielle being the manager and Sierra who always went out of her way to help me in anyway she could. Then there were Giselle & Tomas who also are part of the leasing team that were extremely friendly & helpful in making us feel comfortable in our new home. I had back surgery that disabled me while moving in here. I can't lift anything to heavy so when I'd get packages they knew it would be hard for me to get them up to my place . To my surprise they would take them to my door which I thought was really kind of them to do that. There rooftop pool & hot tub are truly beautiful with magnificent views of the mountains.... Also there gym is top of the line filled with all brand new equipment on two levels.. Maintenance has been awesome! I would highly recommend Origin to anyone looking for a new place to live with top of the line amenities. I'm looking forward to many years of fun & happiness here!

Ps.. Probably one of the best things about living here is the sense of a real community! Nicest neighbors ...

Moved in last August. Absolutely love the area, very clean and new. At first, the rent seemed a lil high for my student budget, but the amenities makes it worth it. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Easy access to the bus stop. Target and Costco is so near! Definitely will be extending my lease at Origin.

Overall this complex is a great and rapidly developing location with a bike store, amazing bakery, and boba chain all in walking distance (did I mention Whole Foods?)

Parking is expensive and it’s far from cheapest rent around, but way more for your dollar than you’d get in Boulder proper. Very modern floor plans and super nice gym and pool.

A huge Shout Out to the Origin Leasing Team and the Maintenance team!

Kate was the leasing agent and she worked extremely hard to make the move-in date happen quickly and easily...all with a friendly attitude and smile on her face.

Another huge Shout Out to the Maintenance Team when I dropped my car keys into the 6 foot drain. They worked for quite some time to retrieve them for me and genuinely appeared to enjoy helping me. I was grateful that they were available so quickly to help.

We just started renting here, and so far we’re really pleased with everything: our apartment, the amenities, and everything the Origin Community offers. Downtown Superior is vibrant, with a bunch of shops and tons of pedestrian traffic. We are looking forward to living here!
