Oregon Kombucha has great customer service! Not only do they sell Kombucha starts and starter kits at a great price, everything they have is high quality. I didn't follow the instructions to brew only 1 gallon with the start and tried to do two; it didn't work because there wasn't enough culture to get it started. Obviously, this was not OK's problem. I ordered two more cultures and when I got my new package there was a third in there with a very nice note thanking me for the reorder.

A wonderful company that I will strongly recommend to my friends and family!
