First, Maggie Martin came HIGHLY recommended by two of our closest friends, so in summer of 2019 after we started to contemplate buying our first home, is when we got in touch with Maggie. In 2017 I purchased a condo in Telluride and had the absolute best experience working with Maggie Martin. Mike Weist was my broker for a property I recently purchased in Mountain Village. He was great; very knowledgeable about the local area and real estate markets, patient looking at many homes while offering good guidance. The purchase process was tense and a little contentious, (because of the sellers and/or their broker), and Mike was on top of the process the whole way.
