Outstanding job. I was looking to replace my old A/C with a heat pump which could help with heating too. Ralph and his team at One Hour were able to do what I was hoping for, add the heat pump for A/C and heat, plus keep my working furnace when it gets really cold. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous all around. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a terrific experience with this HVAC company. Everyone on the staff was kind and courteous and respectful - from the "director of first impressions" (gal on the phone when you call) to all the different techs that came out. They all wore shoe covers and cleaned up completely when they were done. Our job went on for a long time but only due to supply-chain problems and even then they kept us posted the whole time which was very appreciated. We had several contractors come out to give us estimates on this installation but the owner of this company is the only person that told us about government assistance loans we could apply for. So a big thank you from Amy & Bill to you all! We would definitely recommend this local company.
*Edit* My first review was for the install and service we received. Now I want to tell people about the product we bought - mini split heat pumps. Wow! If you are considering getting these - do it! Now that we are on our second summer with these, I don't know why we didn't do it sooner! The cooling and dehumidifying is supreme. And getting rid of (selling!) all our window units was a dream. No more lugging them into the attic and then bringing them down again. Highly recommend the company and the product.

Excellent!!! On a holiday weekend when it’s 85 outside and my 2nd floor AC was not working … they called me back promptly and within the hour Gary was fixing the problem! 5 star service! Highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service I received from a technician named Norman. We both had a lot to talk about and learned from each other. I purchased a wise thermostat and wanted assistance to get it installed. He did a great job on that in addition to providing a thorough test of my furnace.

I have a been a loyal customer and their response time to my needs have been phenomenal. From the front desk to the technicians they provide complete transparency into all the work that needed to be done. Not once did I feel like I was being overcharged and I was always educated on what was needed and how to maintain the units going forward. I regret not being on their customer program because it would have saved me even more money.
