I can’t say enough about the extraordinary service provided and off the charts customer service we experienced. Ordered online to replace a broken hanging shelf with holes for a nearly one of a kind dinning room set. It arrived timely and well packed. Only thing, my measurements were highly inaccurate.

Sadly disappointed I emailed One Day Glass for assistance before reordering and with just a couple of inquiries they enabled me to develop precise measurements for our needs. And presto, a perfect fit!!

My two 4’ tempered glass shelves arrived right on time. They were packaged incredibly well and were in perfect condition. The shelves are beautiful and fit perfectly. I’ll admit I was cautious of having large glass shelves shipped all the way from Washington to Ohio, but it turned out perfectly and I’m very impressed with your work!

I installed a new shower knowing one of the glass panels needed to be specially made because of the height of one of the walls was shorter than the other. I sent them a Microsoft Word drawing of the exact dimensions and it turned out perfect. If you ever need a custom piece of glass, I highly recommend this company.
