I ordered a pair of props for my 24 foot Chaparral.
OE equipment for a Volvo Penta duo prop outdrive.
The order process on the website was straight forward, simple.
I received a call the following day, I am working out in WA and was having the props shipped to me here, but I live in NJ so the billing address was quite different. The phone call was just for verification which I sincerely appreciated.
The props were well packaged and shipped. I received them two days later.
Should I ever need to reorder, or if anyone I know is looking for a propeller, I say look no further.
They do what they say!

I called Olympic Propeller from NS Canada as I could not order what I wanted on their website due to shipping. Spoke with Steve, Great guy very knowledgeable, knew what I wanted when I asked, had the product in stock and said he would ship them to me asap. I receive an email the next morning from UPS with a tracking number. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you Steve. I’ll be buying more from this business in the future.

What a great group of knowledgeable folks. I didn't even buy a prop from Olympic, but when I walked in with an issue I was having with my new prop, it was all hands on deck. Steve and his crew bent over backwards to help with my issues. They even went on a conference call with the manufacturer, to help diagnose the issue. Steve called to ask how things were progressing a couple days later. I told him, I believe the issues got sorted and I was scheduled to splash in a couple days. Steve showed up to the launch at 7am. One thing's clear. If I ever have a prop issue, Olympic Propeller is my first call.

I left this info on my Glastron forum and I'm glad to spread the word. I'm gonna highly recommend GetAProp.com i.e Olympic Propeller ..With limited to No DuoProps avl in the US these guys found me one and got it to me from Volvo Sweden in just a couple days. AMAZING!. (minus the prop grease) Website was easy to use to find what I neededI also saved money on the price after I looked everywhere. Adding to this savings I also got free shipping from getaprop.com. I'd give this place negative 5 stars. Jeff was the worst customer service rep I've ever dealt with. He was rude and not helpful. However, he did always reply to my emails but only under the circumstances of doing the bare minimum. Order from anywhere else if you have the option.

How about less than a star. They sent my propeller to the wrong address. Someone with same last name in CA. I live in CO. Receiver notified them of the error. Olymp. Pop expected wrong receiver to resend it to me. Correct customer service on a $400 item you think would be to send out a replacement to the correct address and recall the mistake back to their own business address. This item wasn't custom made. So needless to say customer service with this group SUCKS at both ends of correct shipping addresses. The follow up -corrective action on their mistakes is what a child would do not what major corporation would do. So recommend everyone stay away from this group as the risk of having your credit card company and/or Paypal get involved and settle the fraud complaint.

Not happy with customer service...I ordered a prop online. After finding out that the manufacturer was about 4 weeks out, I cancelled my order. I emailed Jeff to cancel my order which he did. He included a note that when the bookkeeper came in I would receive the refund for my purchase. 8 days later I still do not have my refund to my card and I am getting no response from 2 additional emails to Jeff asking for more information. I tried calling and either nobody answers, or I go to voicemails that are full. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING.
