You must read this.....Olivers is a custom meat market that is the best you will find anywt in any city. This needs to be understood. Their sausages for example have very little fat and and no fillers added. It might cost more but think about what you are putting into your body with store brands.
Other can add 40% or more of additives. Olivers is a Must Buy for meats. You must visit....Try their apple sausage.....wow.
This place deserves your business....If you don't see what you are looking for; ask.

Greatest local market in town. Their king salmon is always mouth watering and significantly more delicious than salmon from seafood markets that charge double the price. Oliver’s is truly a hidden gem.

Absolutely magnificent! Incredibly friendly and all products we have tried have been superb. Try the in house dry cured ham, simply the best ham I have had any where in the world. We live in Cheyenne and will be making the trip down just to purchase here!

This place rules. Guy behind the counter was super knowledgeable about which meat to use for homemade beef jerky and gave me some extra tips for slicing, etc. jerky came out amazing and the beef quality was unreal. Highly recommend and coming back much more often!
