Olender’s did an AMAZING job with my car. I got in an accident a week ago, and they fixed my car quickly, explained the whole process to me, kept me updated, and made the process with my rental car and insurance really smooth. All of the people working there are very nice and patient. I absolutely recommend them! (I added before and after pictures because it looks like a brand new car).

Olender’s in East Windsor is top notch! They do excellent work and are very professional and knowledgeable. They are fantastic at dealing with insurance companies and will do all the leg work. Olenders provided fantastic service for a cracked rear bumper repair. Tom was extremely professional and provided frequent, fast communication. Olenders worked efficiently with my insurance, AAA, to get my estimate approved in 24 hours and then went out of their way to help me get my car repair scheduled earlier on because I needed my car back ASAP. They also worked effectively with Hertz so that a rental car met me at the shop when I dropped off my car for the work. The car looks fantastic now and they even cleaned up the inside a bit for me. Olenders goes above and beyond in all aspects of the customer experience. I highly recommend this shop! In my opinion, it is much better than others in the area.

From my first call with Bob at Olender’s I could tell they were customer focused and professional. Anyone else I spoke to during this work was also very friendly, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this organization. I ask lots of questions, and Bob was right with me ensuring any questions and concerns I had were fully answered. He kept me informed throughout the process, and worked with me for scheduling so that I could bring in the car and get it back while my wife was away to minimize the disruption to us. The car was done a day early, and he let me know as quickly as possible so we can handle my pickup as smoothly as possible. And of course all the work was done to my expectations. Thank you for the great experience!
