This is an interesting old building and would be cool if the owner and management weren't so awful. The place is dirty, unkept and there have been multiple office break-ins. Management doesn't respond to anything unless the police get involved. The building is 3/4 empty because of a mass exodus and every remaining tentent I've talked to wants out of their lease.
