Absolutely horrible! Bought a 2015 Yukon from them and Angie helped us out. She was very kind and stated that the vehicle was her neighbors car and she stated it was an excellent vehicle. Within a couple months the 4wd went out. Of course it was not covered by the warranty which she stated covered everything! I should have read the paperwork better and not relied on her. We replaced the battery after 3 months. 6 months later more issues have arose. Took it into our local GMC and it needs a new transmission. Warranty does not cover the transmission. I called Okay Chevrolet again, as I am so upset with how this worked out and to see if they could help in anyway. They stated that if I have the car towed to them they could take $200 off the service fee. I have been quoted at $6400 and the tow bill is more than $200 so there was no help provided by Ok Chevrolet. Now we have been quoted again by our local shop with the car needing several things replaced such as the starter, hub assembly and the list goes on. This is quoted at $7500. We still haven’t had our vehicle for even one year and we are already around $15000 in repairs on a vehicle that was guaranteed to be a great family car! I highly recommend you avoid this dealership as they are not willing to help their customers and sell cars that are not worthy of being on the road.

Angie (both my salesperson and Finance Manager) made my first out-of-state car buying experience extremely pleasant and stress-free. When you are shopping for a vehicle you prepare yourself mentally for pushy-salesman, but this dealership/Angie was unlike any other dealership/salesperson I have worked with.

Prior to reaching out to Angie at OK Chevrolet, I was working on a deal with Chevy on 30 in Indiana. I had the worst experience EVER and walked away from the deal. As you can imagine, I felt violated for being lied to. When we found an even better vehicle match at OK Chevy, I called the dealership and Angie was completely transparent and straight forward with the pricing and fees. My husband and I made our decision instantly within 5 minutes of speaking with Angie. We just knew we could trust her within minutes of meeting her on the phone.

Being this was an out-of-state purchase, we had to make arrangements to transport our new vehicle to our home. I was happy this dealership allowed us to shop around and choose our own carrier, unlike Chevy on 30 that was requiring us to use the carrier they use at double the going rate (aka hidden fees). Angie was so patient and very accommodating to our needs and extremely supportive.

Despite the nuances that comes with out-of-state purchases, I would hands-down purchase another vehicle from Angie at OK Chevy. Thank you, Angie and OK Chevy for giving us such an amazing, hassle-free and truly unexpected car buying experience.
